Tongue and Groove Flooring
Timber and Rose understand flooring. Timber flooring is a stand out feature in a house, and it is important to get it right. The colour and complexion, that is the ‘look’, is crucial but too many people underestimate the importance of buying a timber floor that has been manufactured to an exact standard. We supply only high quality tongue and groove flooring.
Over the years we have scoured the country to find the most beautiful high quality tongue and groove flooring timbers. We have ensured that they are not only machined to the highest standard but the process is first rate. First, the timber has been air dried and then kiln dried over time to the correct moisture content. The rigorous manufacturing process ensures the flooring you receive will not cup, twist or warp, insuring that there will be no problems down the track which can be difficult and expensive to rectify. You can relax knowing that the floor will always look great – a real joy to live with.
Timber and Rose staff have years of experience and understand the nuances of timber flooring. We will be able to offer the correct advice to ensure that you end up with the right floor for you and ensure that it will be installed without problems. A great timber floor is an asset in a home.
All our flooring is very durable, will look great and will give you years of enjoyment. We do not purchase rainforest timber. All the timber FSC certified and is sourced only from sustainably managed forests and using best practice.
We have a huge range of all Australian species, as well as a number of American and European species, in a number of grades such as Select grade, Standard and Feature grades. We specialize in hard to get wide boards, up to 270 mm, but also have narrow 40 mm wide if you want something a little different, all at excellent prices.
